Hello All, I just bought a 2019 with the 3.6.
I bought it off an insurance auction as a run and drive vehicle(video showing the engine running as well). The damage was all to the bed(bed is removed now).Went to pick it up and to my luck no start no drive. At first thought is someone messed with it and took out fuses, Played around with it for a little checked cables, checked fuses and nothing I could tell. The truck ran for about 5 seconds and shut off right away it did that a few times. The auction told me that the transmission may have locked up. There is a transmission service on the dash as well. Got the vehicle towed after I couldn't get it to stay running. Looking all over and not seeing anything, fuel pump is making noise but not pumping out any fuel, local ram dealer is a month out for diagnostics, anything I could check meanwhile I wait for that? The codes that popped up were PO62F & P1C64. I am thinking it is some safety protocol or whatever but with 2 days of research online I am not seeing anything and stumped. Thank you.
