I've read quite a bit here and posted a couple questions, got answers straight away. Thanks to those who contribute tech write ups and help others solve issues, it is very much appreciated.
About me, this is my 4th Ram truck since 2011. Had a 2011 sport, moved it into the company fleet and got into a 2007 3500 mega cab dually when my needs changed. From there it was a blur of jeeps, mustangs, BMW, and a couple Harleys. Had a brief affair with a 2016 limited but didn't really like it, most notably the rotary dial for the transmission.
Landed in a 2021 JL Rubicon diesel, built it up nice and had it on 37's. Figured that was going to be it, bought it new, tuned with GDE out of Michigan. 300hp and almost 500 torques. Got 9.5 L/100 all day long. I've always pulled my own wrenches, and is forums like this that have always helped my builds.
July of this year an old boy pulled away from a stop sign on a rural road 30' from me, I had just dialled in the cruise at 95kph. If he hadn't been driving a Volvo, he'd be a goner. They had to cut him out of the suv, with a steel bumper and winch, along with a front mount hitch tying the frame together it bent him up pretty good. Still bent my frame and the jeep was written off.
I replaced that jeep with a 2020 Denali 1500, started building it with a lift and tires coming, did cold air, exhaust, tune, and 4 months later a lady blew thru a red light and came across my front end totalling this truck too.
Anyhow, long stories get short I'm now in a 2022 Ram Sport GT that had 78k on the dial, one owner tuck with a clean history and I'm absolutely loving it. I miss the torque of the 6.2 GM, especially with ECM/TCM tuning but the GT package is really nice in this truck.
Thanks for reading and thanks again to all who contribute. I look forward to contributing anything relevant that could help others.
Cheers,
Jeff
