New exhaust tips OEM clamp not tight enough

I installed a set of Total Flow black exhaust tips but the OEM clamps are tight but not tight enough and the tips move when hitting bumps.

I once read on the forum people with same problems and some solutions but cannot find the post again.

Anyone seen the posts or have suggestions on how to get the two pieces to fit tighter?
