Well, I just turned in my 2019 RAM 1500 BigHorn 4x2 under the FCA “Buy Back Program” under California Lemon Law. You might ask, why another RAM truck? All car/truck manufacturers have their share of issues, but FCA was easy to work with. I have a friend that has a Chevy 1500 and is fighting in court over the issue. Fords are too expensive and I don’t like the ride. I figured I’d step up my game and get the Laramie package with the Night Edition. I’ll let the pictures talk for themselves. I do have the eTorque 5.7L Hemi, and so far, have experienced an additional 1-2 MPG increase, but not the 3MPG as advertised. Most don’t understand that specs are under optimal conditions, specifically speed limit. I’m on the latest firmware for the truck and haven’t experienced issues others have said with the eTorque motor. At a stop, I can feel the cylinders drop to 4 at idle, but I use to own a Ford Fusion Hybrid and it did the same thing. It doesn’t bother me because when you accelerate from a dead stop, there is no hesitation. A little over 500 miles at the time of this posting.
