Need some advice

Can someone tell me the difference between these two leveling kits. If the suspension components are the same for 2WD and 4WD.....

I would imagine the first is for 2019 DS/DT trucks, the second is only for 2019 DS 2WD trucks. Generally if you see something that fits the 2500/3500, it's not for the new DT trucks.

The first is for any 4th gen 4wd trucks as well as the new 2019 model in either 2wd or 4wd. The second fits 4th gen 2wd trucks, including the 2019 classic.
