Need help with PIDs for a Jay Greene tune

I need to do a data log to send back to Jay but I have a small problem with the amount of PIDs I can log. The biggest layout I could find has the 4x4 squares for a total of 16 PIDs (which I used for a Hemifever custom tune), but Jay is asking for 17 PIDs and I can’t find one with more or how to add more. I’m still a newbie so any assistance would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!
