Need help with light bulb sizes

I have a bighorn with the halogen taillights and I want to switch them to led bulbs. Is that possible without setting of a warning light and what bulbs would work in the brake, reverse and signal lights? I would really like to get the brightest bulbs I can get specially the reverse lights as I’m having my taillights tinted dark.

What size or what LEDs specifically did you use? I want to swap my reverse lights and 3rd tail light to LEDs.

you won't get a warning light on the tails. Headlight revolution and Diode dynamics both have pages for the 2019 Ram and all bulbs listed.
