Hey guys, put a deposit down on a '22 warlock hemi with 15k miles from used car lot that looks mint.

Went to pick it up yesterday and found this underneath (see pics). Dealer says it's just residue from oil change. But after reading here I'm worried it's tranny or rear main seal leak. Whatever was leaking looked slightly yellow and clean, more like fresh engine oil, tranny oil or melted lubricant as I've read here. Doesn't look like old engine oil id expect from a messy oil change (got a bit blacker on right side after rubbing it around with fingers). Can see on left bolt and spacer where it's cleaner the fluid is yellowish clear colour.

At 15k miles could you still have lubricant grease melting out of the bell housing? Is there a possibility when they did oil change the fresh oil they dumped in could spill down and drop at this point? Or is it likely tranny or rear main seal leak?

I'm new to rams, but worried about buying a truck and taking it straight to a ram dealer for a warranty fix.

Should I steer clear of this beast or could it be benign?

Thanks for any input!

I am at 94K miles, nothing like that with my 5.7 and 8HP75. Done all my oil changes on the drive way. Sure looks like rear main seal...

Wipe it dry with a paper towel and maybe some spray brake cleaner, test drive it and recheck.
