As far as the update goes, how long has it been since it was done? Seems like a lot of updates take hours-to-days (and/or several engine cycles) before everything works properly again.

The update was two weeks ago and the dealer has had the truck for over a week now trying to figure out why the navigation is not working. It has been parked at the dealer long then in my driveway.The backup camera issue appears to be a common one. See this thread.
