Nav only searches “offline”

I’m on vacation and only have my phone, so searching here is difficult.
I went to use the Nav, and when I type an address, it says it is searching “offline” and can’t find the address. It also has the circle with the line through it for the signal.

it has always had a signal and searched “online” is there anything I can do to fix this?

One of two things happening, you don't have an active subscription or there just isn't any service where you are. Uconnect voice search needs a data connection to the cloud.

What active subscription would I need? I have the SiriusXM package, with weather travel link, etc. The online navigation search function was working for months, and all of a sudden it quit working about a week ago.
