The nav system in my 2019 has not been working for 3+ years but I am getting ready to go on a 1 month road trip and would like to get the nav working again if possible. I recently went to my dealer and they wanted $300 just to look at it.

The issue is when i select the nav it gets stuck in like it is attempting to load. It will get stuck in this load loop indefinately. Does this issue sound like a new radio module is needed? Everything else seems to work fine.

Last thing, it looks like my 8.4” screen may have started delaminating so if anybody has a good recommendation for replacing the screen I am all ears!

One option would be to connect your phone via AndroidAuto for navigation. I know that doesn't fix your UC4 nav issue, but at least it's an option for your roadtrip...

delamination is causing the screen to malfunction. I just replaced my 8.4 on my 2020 with nav from Cuescreens , very very easy to change, $400 and the screen is better than the OEM. I initially ordered it thru amazon but when I installed the right side was not responding to touch, call and emailed cuescreen on mon, did the warranty page fill out and the sent out a replacement received on thursday, installed on friday. works perfect. I suspect the first one was an amazon return as the one I got from cuescreens direct had a seal on the box and the screen came with a different plastic protector over it. Cant say enough good about the customer service from them and highly recommend replacing your screen thru them. took about 30 min total removing the center dash piece and swiping the screen itself and reinstalling. SUPER EASY.

I get the same problem periodically with my 2025 Bighorn. The widget will sit there and say loading. I either pull up the navigation screen from the bottom row, or remove the widget and add it back. One of these solutions seems to work. I've owned the truck for less than a week.
