My radio stopped working.

Actually everything stop working. Not necessarily stopped working but there is no sound from nothing at all. Do you guys know how to reboot or fix this? I have the 12 inch touchscreen

I wonder if an update was sent out today, mine cycled off, rebooted and came up fine

So FCA does over the air updates for the infotainment? I did this multiple presses of the buttons behind the steering wheel and it worked by mine didn’t shut off and come back on.
