Thats beyond paying attention, that person plainly shouldn't be on the road. Running stop signs and lights are peeve of mine and the only thing worse than running either is to run them then stop in the middle of the traffic path of the RoW drivers, effin stupid

Cross roads and driveways coming right out onto the four-lane highways really bothers me when traveling down in the southern states. Just seems that basically unrestricted cross traffic at those speeds is an accident in the making.
