Am I the only one that's managed to close my tailgate and pinched my hand in there ?

Ouch! Hope your blood blister heals quickly.

I always close the MFT with my palm against the back of the door, in order to stop the "bounce" that sometimes makes the barn doors not quite close due to the inherent flexibility of the split design. Using that method not only ensures a solid closure, it can't result in that pinching.

No issues operating here. I do have to slam them shut as I found when not and go to drive off I get warnings it is not closed, annoying but worth it.
