What do y’all think is going on here? Just had a manifold replaced for the second time and two seized pistons fixed in the engine. Hemi V8 5.7.

Condensation dripping out of the weep hole.

Yep. Looks normal.
Most mufflers will have a weep hole to drain combustion condensation, so the moisture doesn't get trapped and cause it to rust from within.
Also, while the engine and exhaust system are getting up to operating temperature, condensation may drip from clamped exhaust pipe connections and from the end of the tailpipe.
