Mopar Warranty experience

I have a 21 ram 1500 with less than 12k miles. Started looking at some extended warranties and ran across this site (ChryslerWarrantyDirect). I'm assuming it is a 3rd party company selling a factory warranty. It appears to be
cheaper than some other sites I've visited.

Is this legit or does it need to be purchased from a dealer?
Secondly, I usually do my own maintenance (fluid changes, brakes, etc). Would they use that against you to deny a warranty claim?

doing your own services will not deny claims. Save all your receipts when you buy oil and filters and document each time you do a service.
