Mopar trailer backup camera

I have a 2022 3500 megacab ram. I am having connection issues. The connection at the port on the bumper doesn`t seem the best. It is not very tight to where seems to move around a bit which I believe is causing digitalizing in the digital rearview mirror. It worked 90% of the time last on 15,000 trip last year.
Any ideas out there.

I have a similar issue the camera is working and sometimes it just stop.
Looks like some weak signal. The mirror screen get a blank screen and sometimes starts flickering.
Anyone know if there is an methode to boost the signal?
