Mopar Tailgate Protector

Shopping for some accessories for my new to me 2022 1500.
My plan is to spray the bed with Raptor in the Fall and use a rubber bed mat on top of that. Its what I used in multiple GM trucks and its always worked well for what I do.
One thing I prefer to do is use a tailgate protector instead of bedliner on the gate. I called multiple dealers since last week and basically got the same story. If I want a tailgate protector I have to purchase the whole bedliner. Not something I want to do. They have no part number for just the piece for the tailgate. Theres a few new ones on ebay. Some from dealerships. Some say they fit 09-25. Others want the VIN to check the fit.
Is there anyone on this forum that knows the difference in the fit for these things ? The hole patterns look the same. One dealer said the old body style wont fit the new style.
How about a company that sells just the protectors and not the whole liner ? I go online and Realtruck keeps coming up but they dont list them. UGH. VERY frustrating.

My truck when I bought it has a weathertech bed mat and tailgate protector, they sell them seperate, protector is about $65-70 by itself. I plan on going spray bedliner also in future.

My Ram did not come with a bed liner, but I found one locally and installed just the tailgate liner. The bed liner itself was from another '21 Ram that the owner got a spray in, so I know the liner is for my truck. I noticed that the lower center bowed up 1" immediately after installation. My neighbor works at a dealership, so he took this liner and replaced it with another new one. I installed it and the bottom center bowed up 1".

Is this common with the Ram tailgate liner? I have a few options and I'm looking for suggestions. The obvious option is to get a spray in bed liner...

Thanks for the pics. I was thinking of offering to buy your Weathertech, but am leaning toward the other one also.

If you're anywhere near Central Florida, you can have mine. I ended up getting the tailgate protector in rubber like the bed mat. The factory tailgate liner annoyed me with the with the warping.
