Mopar Parts - QR Code - decode?

On every mopar part there is a digital code - how do we 'decode' it to figure out which part it is exactly?
I ordered these (supposed to be 68339389ah) and my installer is saying they dont fit - different hub size than original - but the box has the right part number...

Or can you tell by this information around it?

I'm sure that's proprietary to Mopar systems. I doubt we can decode it.

There are different hubs depending on the wheel diameter. I believe 22" is different than 20" and below.
 
The QR code is for internal tracking of the parts. Nothing you can scan and get any useful information from
