So I have been calling the Mopar customer service line for several weeks now at different times and I always get the same message that my wait will be greater than 20 minutes. I have stayed on hold for greater than twenty minutes and never get anyone to answer my calls. Does anyone know how to contact RAM customer service? I discovered my new RAM to be missing several of the items that are supposed to be put on the vehicle at the third party vendor shop after the production line (bump step and cargo utility rails which are on my sticker but not my truck). My Limited is also missing the chrome body side moldings. My salesperson said the parts were ordered, that was 6 weeks ago and when I called the dealer service department, they acted like I was trying to get these parts for free and said they hadn't been ordered yet. So I contacted my salesmen and sales manager and asked them to get their parts dept and service dept on the same page and get my truck complete which they said they did, but that was a week ago and still no parts. I wanted to call customer service and see why they can't get the parts sooner - why can't they overnight these things????? I am waiting to get Ziebart until my bump step is installed and I am waiting on ceramic coating until the molding are put on. Who can I contact to get these parts to to dealer faster??
