So I bought a 2021 Ram Laramie Hemi etorque. I was gifted a Readylift 3.5 SST Kit. I heard about the noise they can make and that you should use a pre loaded lift strut instead of the top hat spacers.

So I am thinking of buying the Rough Country 3.5 inch N3 Pre Loaded Struts and using those with the rest of the Readylift kit and no Top Hat Spacer. I called Rough Country and they said it's compatible but I wanted to see if anyone else here has done the same?

Shouldn't be any compatibility issues. But realize out of the ReadyLift kit you'll just be using the Uppert Control Arms and Rear Coil Spacers. Not a bad deal for free!

Also, I'd strongly recommend looking at different loaded or adjustable strut options like Bilstien 5100s / 6112s or Eibach Pro Truck systems.

Might even consider going with better uca's. Cheap crap is cheap crap. Buy once cry once.

I ran RC arms years ago on my 4th Gen w/ 6" lift and 37's. No issues for 3 years before selling vehicle.
