Missing Door Sill

I have a 2021 4x4 Crew Cab. A couple of months ago my daughter pointed out something that I had completely missed. The right rear "Ram Door Sill Guard" is missing on my truck. The other three doors have the Ram Door Sill Guards. Has anyone else seen or heard of this before? I asked my service advisor last time I took it in for oil service and he said he didn't know "and the person who would" wasn't there that day.

First of all , Welcome to the forum . I don't understand what the service advisor meant by " I don't know " . If it's not there from factory then they should be getting you a new one .
