Missing climate on unconnect

I just got a ram rebel 2019. I do not see a climate app on my screen. Should I have one? My truck does not have dual zone a/c. How can I get if I am missing the climate app?

Do you have physical climate control? I have the 12a package and a climate app is how I access my controls.

Don’t have it on mine as well!! My 2013 had more “everything” than my 2019. Disappointing.

Yeah, I’m thinking that’s why it’s not included in the software on the touchscreen. I think it’s part of the equipment group bundle. Sorry, it sucks when we don’t get something we were anticipating.
