Ok so 2021 Laramie night edition with dealer installed mopar 2" lift. I went to add the orp springs, and to be safe with ball joint angles I ordered readylift 2"-4" ucas. I understand how things work in general, but find it's often better to have somebody other than me turn the wrenches. So local shop did the work, but there's always gotta be a problem right? I got sent 2 right side uca's, no left. The shop actually installed one of them on the left. In there defence they grabbed one, determined it to be a right side, installed it correctly on the right, and assumed the remaining one was a left. I get it. $hit happens. And I'm not gonna call out any readylift dealers or readylift themselves because for the most part the customer service has been really good. But unfortunately until they get a shipment of ball joints, I can't get my left side uca. If they had ball joints in stock I'd had one next day air. So they're trying. This all happened nearly a couple weeks ago. I don't really "need" my truck, and it just sits as a roller at the this shop still. They can move it in and out of the way or whatever. But today I find out possibly 2 more weeks for ball joints. So I'm going to eat some labor cost and most likely another alignment fee and put the Mopar uca's back in for now. So my question as the title kinda states.....can I just put the left side mopar uca back in and leave the rightside readylift uca? It would just be temporary and I know the angle of the ball joint with the Mopar uca and orp isn't real great, but I also know they do work. I just don't know if it would be ok if they are mismatched temporarily with a readylift uca on my right, and mopar uca on my left?
