Cold 20 degree temps outside. Horrible misfire for a good 60 seconds then gets better. Once warm, runs fine rest of day. Park in 70 degree garage, starts fine and runs fine all day. These are the codes that have appeared although the P0300 is the only consistent one that shows up.

P0300 multiple cylinder misfire.
P000B bank 1 camshaft 2 position slow response.
P219A bank 1 air fuel ratio imbalance

Dealer rest codes. Said no problem with truck.

Recent oil change. Typically 5k miles between changes.

Tried SeaFoam in oil 100 miles before oil change.

Added SeaFoam to gas periodically as routine fuel additive.
