Mileage effect on 35x12.5 upgrade on cummins

I'm upgrading from stock 18x9 to 20x10 with 35x12.5 tires. Any input as to how much i can expect on losing on mileage on a 2019 cummins? And what programmers etc, i can use to get it back?
