I've done quite a bit of searching and cannot find anything to help me with my issue. I recently purchased a, imported from Canada, '22 Ram Limited. The memory seats will not set. I've followed the guide in the owners manual, FCA's video (which matched the owners manual) press S then press 1, tried press S and 1, tried press S then hold 1. There's no messages in the cluster display that shows - set, not set, vehicle in motion, nothing happens at all when I hit the button. Tried all with vehicle off, "key on", while running and also in drive (tried to get error) The seats work fine besides the memory, even easy exit. Didn't find out the warranty didn't transfer until it after I signed...

Has this happened to anyone else?
Should I be looking for a fuse or wire connection?
Programming? (since it was imported and changed back to US)
Should I try the back, forward, back reset procedure anyways?
Thanks

Reset the seats with the back forward back method and no change. Also my drivers door doesn't have ambient lighting. Figured it was because it was the driver's door, but now I'm wondering if I have a disconnected connector inside the door. Window switches all work. Any guesses?

Pop the door panel off and check, first and foremost. Then check fuses, just to get rid of the obvious, silly reasons that could drive you crazy.

Was not aware warranty didn’t transfer from one country to the other…sorry to hear that.

To provide some closure... had a connector completely disconnected. The memory seats and ambient door lighting share the same wiring connector. All in all it only took about 10 min to get the door skin off, connect, and put it all back like nothing ever happened. Just had to find the time incase something more entailed was required.
