Memory seats won’t program?

2019 Ram 1500, trying to program the memory seats. Hitting the “S” button then the “1” button, and nothing happens - no message in driver center and memory seat isn’t programmed.

Disabled the key fob memory function, and tried with both fobs. It’s a used truck that I acquired last Friday.

Any other ideas I can try? Yes I searched and I found some topics on the memory not holding, but nothing about it not programming at all.

Sometimes the truck needs a hard reset. Have you tried disconnecting the battery. Wait 10 min then reconnect the battery see if that helps. Just an idea. If that doesnt work it might need to be seen by the dealer.
