Yes, but Ram needs to hit the refresh button on its paint colors. Some of them just look dull.

Is this really only available in the Southwestern states? Can it be built to order up north?

There's doesn't seem to be anything southwest-y about it. Doesn't look like unique badging or decals either. The package itself is loaded with stuff I would like at a great package price.
