I just bought a 2024 RAM 1500. I was looking at the manufacturing date on drivers door jamb and it states: 6-24, however, the MDH (month, date, hour) states: 092615, which according to my research is September 26 at 3 PM which has to be 2023 because I bought this 9/17/24. My question is why the big gap in time between MDH and manufacturing date?? why would there be a 9 month gap in time on the jamb sticker? Was this truck started in September and not final assembly until June, 2024. How strange ! Also, it was missing from the factory (as stated on sticker): Spray in bed liner, bump step, cargo rails, and the Limited chrome strips on the sides. Dealer is fixing all the missing things. I'm scratching my head here . . . Any thoughts???

Manufacture date way different than MDH on door jamb

Here is a picture of my door sticker. I still can't get an answer as to why my MDH is 9/26 of 2023 with a Manufacture date of 6/24, such a lag in time. My window sticker date is 6/30. Its been 6 weeks and the dealer still hasn't received or installed my missing cargo utility rails, center bump step, and chrome Limited body side moldings. Really frustrating . .. .
