I've had this truck for a couple years and should know how to do this stuff by now. So i'm trying to figure it out. My last truck was an 09 silverado and did not have anything fancy. I popped the cover off and pulled the cord to put it in neutral , but the truck will not move. Is there something i'm missing?17075221932587557656183198462113.jpg

Is the parking brake on?

Parking brake is on.

It is on. How do you disengage it if your battery is dead? I tried it and nothing happened.

A good question, never had to deal with that situation.
How about jump starting the truck?
Me, a 12 volt battery and clip leads to drive that actuator back to where it needs to be. YMMW
