I was not able to get a comparison (work runs my life) but here are values from the NIOSH sound app from an iPhone 7. Note that in my opinion low bassy notes while not carrying high dB are what makes the most notable 'noise.'
Stock exhaust with magnaflow 19429.
Cold start (5ft): peak value 85dB
Warm start (5ft): peak value 78dB
Warm idle (5ft): 63dB (wind louder than idle)
Warm idle in cab: 41dB
Cruise 65mph in cab: 66dB (wind generally louder)
Moderate acceleration in cab: 68dB
Full acceleration in cab: 79dB
If someone gets time may be worth trying to get similar figures on a stock exhaust for a relative comparison.
