Low Speed Whining Noise (E-torque?)

I just bought a used 2019 Longhorn 4x4 with the 3.92, e-locker, and e-torque engine on Monday. It has 9k miles on it. I absolutely love the truck, but I hear a whining noise coming from the engine area when driving at low speeds (i.e. less than 45 mph). I assume the noise continues at higher speeds, but I can't hear it at that point. My initial thoughts are it's just part of a having a "hybrid," but then I googled it and saw a number of other people complaining about a whining sound. I haven't taken it to a dealer yet to be checked out. I was hoping to get some insight from others who have/had similar issues first. I've attached some audio clips that I took this morning with the windows rolled down and the ac and radio off. Please let me know if this sounds "normal." Thanks

Not normal. It doesn’t sound too terrible yet, so hopefully an ignorant dealer doesn’t give you a fight over it.
