The last over the air UConnect update on my new 2019 Ram 1500 apparently went wrong. The screen turned black and I had no control at all over any features, from AC to radio.
I turned the car off, waited about an hour, and restarted the truck. The radio and features work, but CarPlay is missing.
The USB port will charge the iPhone, but CarPlay does not work.
I see that it has “returned” for some of you, but not for me.
What do I do to get it working again?
I have less than 3,000 miles on my truck and don’t want this to sour me to future Rams.
