Looking if new wheels fit

Ion my 2020 Rebel I am looking to put Fuel Block 18x9 -12 offset On the stock duratracts for now. Will this size fit with no lift? I am going to put the fox 2-3 inch dsc and 35s but just wanting to do wheels first. everything I read the lift requires the offset to clear the upper control arms. Thanks.

I went with Fuel coverts same size and offset and 35s. I also did the UCAs at the same time. No issues other than having to bend the tab up on the inside of fender
