Hey guys,
so now I am looking at a 2023 TRX…..loaded. Black on Black with Level 2, pano sunroof, bedliner for 92K. 12,400 miles. excellent condition on tires and everything else. What do y’all think?

thx!

I think the prices of trucks today are asinine. But then again, that’s what makes ‘Merica so great. If you can rationalize that purchase, go for it. You don’t need my permission. 🤣

Forget MSRP at this point (for used TRX’s). Do a little digging around and you’ll definitely find them cheaper. But it’s a personal choice too. If you’re in love with that particular one, and you’ve got a bad case of gottabuyitnow , then go for it.

I just ran a valuation on KBB and $92k is at the high end of private party value, given the truck is in very good condition. I'm always put off by high miles, but it appears the truck is a year old and that is in line with average miles driven per year. Offer $85k and see where it goes from there.

KBB means nothing for most vehicles, and 0% for used TRX and can be extremely misleading 1 direction or the other. I would be cautious using it.

Well here’s what CarFax is trying to tell me. They say my dealer wants to buy my TRX for $71k and change. They can pry it out of my cold dead hands

It's pretty accurate for most situations. It was dead on balls accurate for the last 3 cars/ trucks and 1 motorcycle I sold in the last two years.

Plus your current truck. Right?
Yeah…..gotta give them the keys to my truck and the difference in cash. Prices are all over the place I passed on that 2022 Black Level 2 with everything but pano roof…..it went for $83 K. Had similar mileage. Damn…..sitting on the sidelines twiddling my fingers trying to figure out what I want.
