So I went crazy today. @AnthonyRI messaged me the following VIN lookup (have to put in the VIN after = sign in the address bar and then in the code there's Payload) address:
I proceeded to go to the eStore and look up trucks I'm interested in, found their window sticker and VIN, plugged that in and got the payload. Not only that, I made an excel spreadsheet to help figure out the weights of key options. Based on that work, here's what I figured out for weights for key options:
Tech Group - 6lbs
Trailer Tow - 33lbs (Rebel only - RHO/Limited is 0)
Panoramic Sunroof - 56lbs
Bed Utility Group - 46lbs
TriFold Tonneau - 31lbs
Tubular Side Steps - 47lbs (Rebel Only)
Multifunction Tailgate - 70lbs
33 Gallon Fuel Tank - 68lbs
Air Suspension - 50lbs
Rambox - 120lbs
Off Road Style Running Boards - 72lbs (RHO only)
Power Fold Trailer Mirrors - 12lbs
Bead Lock Wheels - 54lbs (RHO only)
I attached screen shots of my spreadsheets... you can look at the options associated with the payloads. Basically, even with a lot of options the Rebel isn't horrible. Can still get 1400 payload with some decent options. RHO is also not bad for payload - so towing is less payload limited and more towing pull rating limited. The limited 6'4 is just... not great. Basically with just myself and a few other gear (I plan on trailering cars to track solo), on a limited assuming 10-15% tongue weight distribution, I'm looking at a max trailer combined weight of 6400 (Limited Night with only Trailer Tow, Bed Utility - Payload of 1221). That's just enough for a light open aluminum trailer and the car. That's it.
I'm interested in other models too.. but I hope this helps as I've been trying to track this info down. Not official but it certainly helps me in my decision on what truck to order.
Thanks again @AnthonyRI! Why I plan on ordering through Mark Dodge as well.
