Livernois My Calibrator; who has it?

I saw this Livernois My Calibrator advertised on TV today and checked it out online. $599 for unlocked PCM and Tuner doesn't seem too bad for potential gains of 60hp.

Wondering if the PCM needs to be unlocked. I pulled up the instructions and read all over the website and couldn’t find anything about sending in the stock PCM or “must have unlocked PCM.”

This would be the first tuner that would be truly plug-and-play if that’s the case.
