I love my 2021 Limited more than any vehicle I've ever owned. There are lights everywhere on this truck. But I'm trying to figure out a way to have a lights out mode when I'm star gazing and around other star gazers. Very annoying for lights to come on all the time. Any ideas?

You will have to go into Uconnect to change the head lights to off with ignition/ when you open the door (or at least set the timer to 0 after ignition is off), puddle lights and DRL's. You can keep the cab dark (and the bed light I think) for the most part. Sure I'm missing something but go thru Uconnect for the settings, lots of options to try to get the truck mostly dark.

Getting to the star party early is easy but leaving is the tough part. Bring a lot of duck tape (brake lights, etc.) if ya can't get all the light out, sure you'll **** off someone no matter what. Its more than duck tape but you could also cover the lights with whatever you cover the laptop screen (red mylar?)with unless you're purely visual.

Remote imaging solves the problem, everyone starts their session and cracks a beer, the visual guys need the dark. Though lately every one is a few states away from their remote setups.

Thank you, Keezer. I'm one of the very amateur visual guys. And what I found last night was that if I left one of the doors open the whole evening the interior lights went out after a few minutes and didn't come back on. I also turned the bed lights off with the push button switch near the tail gate. And fortunately we all left at the same time so no disturbance at the end of the night.
