Hey all,

I am a bit of an audiophile, every vehicle I have owned since I was 16 has had some sort of sound system, and my ram will be the same.

I’m just looking to see who has a system setup, what components you’re using, and how you like it?

The setup I’ve been looking at is Kenwood Speakers throughout, Rockford Fosgate 10” P3 Punch Subs, and a hifonics 1200W Brutus amp.

I absolutely love Rockford fosgate, the bass is heavy, while still maintaining a tight crisp punch, I have also considered a JL audio stealth box.

Let me know what everyone is working with!

I'm also interested to see what people have done. I have done nothing audiowise to mine yet.

My truck came with the 8.4" non nav alpine system so I went with the Rockford Fosgate DSR1 for stock integration. For the door speakers I went with Skar Audio FSX65-4 for the fronts and Kicker 46CSC9634 for rear. In the dash corners and rear headliners I put PRV TW350TI-4. And I made a custom box for a Kicker 46L7T124. The doors are powered with a Crunch PX1000.4 and the PRV's and sub is powered with a Pioneer GM-D9705.

Down the road, I plan to swap out the amps to 2 Massive Audio EX5 amps and go with 2 10" Skar Audio SVR-10D4. I like how the single 12" sounds but I think I need more low end power. It should be what I'm looking for, 1600 watts rms instead of 600 watts rms.

I had Infinity reference speakers in the doors and dash previously, but after I amplified everything, they all eventually blew out lol.

Lol I’ve done that several times. Trying to get the amp tuned in just right and I pushed the door speakers a little too hard.

Yeah that's what happened lol. I had them wired to the Pioneer amp, rated wattage @ 4 ohm is 75 and 2 ohm is 100. So I figured it would be about 80 watts for the Infinity's since they're in between but somehow they still couldn't take it.

Yeah I would upgrade them if I ever planned to amp them any additionally. As of now they are a good balance for the bass I have to me

I got my new Skar Audio SVR-10D2's in. It's gonna be a while till I install everything, especially because I am going to make my own box. I didn't like what was available either.
