Well I learned something tonight.
My wife and i were driving the interstate for about 9 or 10 hours so I was tired of traffic. I dropped in behind a truck that was doing about 8 mph over the limit so that was good with me. He had a nice rig and was hauling horses. Looked like high dollar horses because the semi trailer was shiny and lit up inside. He wasn't headed for the glue factory!
All of a sudden this trailer was spraying something out of it and coating down my truck. As I was hitting the wipers, my wife asked "What was that?". I just looked over and asked, "Don't you smell that? Smells like pee don't it?"
Yes, I guess the horse in the back cut loose. I don't know how the trailers are constructed, but I have seen livestock pee before. It's a garden hose. I thank the stars I was not on my motorcycle!
Lesson of the day, don't follow a horse trailer.....
