I will be replacing stock tires soon. Haven't decided on size yet, probably a 34 inch tire but uncertain on width. Considering the Firestone Destination XT so was on Firestone website last night. On the size selection page it asks if I have TPMS. For every size I selected in the above range it said No Tires Available as soon as I said yes to TPMS. Is this a website issue related to OEM, or is there an issue with larger tires and TPMS? If there is I haven't heard or read about it.

Tire size shouldn’t matter for tpms, if they require a different pressure than the stock tires you may have issues with the truck thinking they are low/high.

COVID related most tires come out of China, I couldn’t get the toyo’s I wanted so I had to get what was available went with nitto. TPMS should have nothing to do with it you can use your stock ones. My tire guy said it’s hot or miss they come in and go out. If your not in a hurry just check weekly. Same for aftermarket rims.

I agree TPMS shouldn't be affected, but if I was wrong I figured this group would know. Got a response from Firestone - call your local dealer.

Website issue. TPMS sensors spec’d by pressure range, frequency, OEM/protocol, valve size and rim type, not by tire side/air volume.
