Knocking noise 2020 ram 1500

Hi guys new to the site, had a leveling kit installed last week and now the passenger side is making a awful loud knocking noise, took it back to the dealer and they said they have to order a strut and control arm, truck only has 14500 kms on it hard to believe that something would be gone this soon, the truck is very wobbly as well

I have that same exact loud and distinct tapping noise. But it doesn’t go away. It’s actually more noticeable when it’s fully warmed up.
