key fob programing

what's up folks, i have a 2021 1500 limited and i want to program my extra key fob that i brought. i am using the alpha obd app but keep running into a brick wall when i try to retrieve my pin. can anyone assist . Also can anyone help with the window roll down with the key fob. i used the alpha obd to set enable but no luck there either. how many times do i need to hit the unlock button to roll the windows down?

The window roll down doesn't work at all with our trucks.

You need to use JScan to program a new FOB.

Global down doesn't work in the new trucks. I think Tazer DT can do it but it's a live/plug in feature.
