Key fob not found

If I’m posting in the wrong spot I apologize. But just recently my truck is say that my key fob is not found. I can do anything with it but crank it. Unless I hold it up to the start button on the dash. I did change the 3rd brake light to LED last week. Will the LED light cause this? Thanks

Thay could interfere with the comm`s. Should have happened right a way, not a week later.

It may have started then not sure. But it’s definitely gotten worse. I’m gonna change the bulbs tomorrow and see if that helps. If not. What else could it be?

You need to replace the battery in the key fob.

I changed my 3rd brake light and no problem how about the batteries in the key fob ?

Does your second FOB work correctly? Check the battery, don't assume "because it is new it has to be working" has burned a lot of people.

The best I can tell the back glass doesn’t leak. I don’t see any stains or signs of leaks on the 3rd light. There is no cracks on the plastic guard on the inside above the sliding glass either.

I used a Recon I looked all over I think it's the only one that will fit the 2021, What one did you use ?

I might be wrong but Recon was the only one I found with 4 screws.

sounds like a RF hub issue.. It probably got wet from a leaky rear window (it's hard to see the leak marks) and dripped on it as it's behind the panel behind your rear seats.. it's kind of a sneaky problem that dodge says they don't have but yet all their warranty work they cover the unit with a plastic bag... betcha that's what's going on..

A mixture. Red flashing “Fanteli” in the brake light. “Sylvania” in the white outside lights.

I just looked 3157 LED Red Flashing Fanteli dosen't work on Ram as for my search might be the bulbs ?
