Well I just dropped a bunch of cash, lol.

Ordered a set of Total Chaos UCA's, King 2.5 coilovers, and King 2.5 rears. UCA's were in stock, but the kings have no less than 6 week wait.

If you can cancel your kings, filthymotorsports has them in stock!

The one's they have are the ones with adjustors. I honestly don't need that. I live in south Louisiana and the only time I'm ever off road is at the hunting lease.

Ah i see. honestly even with adjustors they are pretty useful on road too, depending on your load and drive style. When I carry more load I stiffen them up a bit to make the ride more firm and controlled.

@ws6616 what's your set up?

For the Rebel that I have on order, I am doing Fox Performance Elite with DSC all around (front will be extended travel), Icon UCA, and Carli HD spring in the rear. Everything's ordered other than the Carli springs.

On my 4Runner right now (since RAM is still trying to collect parts for my build) I have Kings w/ adjustors and 700lb springs in the front SPC UCA, no adjustors in the rear with HD springs. I carry RTT, metal full bumper, Drawers and fridge in the trunk area that's always full and I could go pretty fast in the desert without bottoming out. On long straights in the desert/ fire roads/ washboard surfaces, I can go as fast as 75 before the governor (my brain) kicks in to stop pushing the skinny pedal.
I also removed my front sway bar and rely on the adjustors and higher spring rate to control body lean too.

I know it's different platform, but the ride and science should be the same. Only difference is the valving and tuning to match the vehicle weight.

edit: I went with Fox this time because my friends and I end up doing some mad scientist sh*t on the kings: we swap out the King single adjustor resi to FOX DSC resi and the ride improves A LOT. I figured since the major components are all similar if not the same, then all it comes down to are the valve tuning (which can be done by yourself with proper tools and knowledge - and we have those), and the single or dual zone adjustors.
Since we are able to tune the valve ourselves, going with Dual speed adjustment from the get-go eliminates quite a lot of work for us later down the line. Besides, Fox have a shorter lead time according to our supplier.

Gotcha! Sounds like quite the setup. Yeah, I watched the 1.5 hour long King video from the guy @ filthy motorsports yesterday. Like I said we don't really have trails or desert or anything of that nature down here in south Louisiana. It's mostly a daily driver, so I'll be fine with the stock valving and no adjustors. Thanks for chiming in.
