So I've been distracted by some remodeling and a couple other projects, and didn't drive my '22 BigHorn for several weeks, and the battery went dead.

I've put a charger on it and will see what happens tomorrow.

How happy/unhappy should I expect it to be?

How dead, did you measure the voltage at the terminals?

I did not measure it, I just immediately put a charger on it. Been on charge about 18 hours now, I haven't checked it yet. Fingers crossed.

Well, I fired it up a bit ago, and seems okay. Still got the "U-connect box needs service" message that it had done randomly before, but no CEL and everything seems to work. Big relief, looks like somebody gonna need a battery tender, though.

I wonder if it was completely dead. Hopefully it had enough to keep the computers on. Seems like you’re ok

I don't drive the truck for a week or two at a time as I'm riding the motorcycle whenever possible. I've been hooking up my noco 1 amp battery maintainer every so often. It shows a breathing red light when it's working and as you can imagine it takes forever to fully charge the battery. I forgot it and left it on there and when I looked at it the light was a solid green so I took it off.
