Issues with the 12" display screen

1. The defrost doesn't work properly. The passenger side defrost and the driver side doesn't . However every time you take it in they can't find a code, even after I showed them the video. I had to turn my defrost temp up to 80 on the driver side and 72 on the passenger side.
2. The 12' screen goes completely black while you are driving.
3. The Map on the 12" screen only open when you open the NAV system. I use to be able to open my map from the front screen w/o going into the NAV

3..... I don't understand this. The nav button is located on the front screen so, in essence, it is on the front screen. Why is it an issue to hit this button? Do you mean you would have the NAV up with something else split screen?
