My polished Magnaflow 19429 exhaust tips are black and grimy. What's the quickest/ most effective way to get them cleaned up???

A light metal polish or never dull will bring them back.

Neverdull, wipe on and use a Powerball/drill attachment. Watch how quickly that stuff works. MUCH better with power assistance.

0000 steel wool then polish

I have not tried it, but Mr. Clean Magic Eraser has been pretty impressive with work around the kitchen and bathtub floor. I do not have my Ram available so I can not give a first hand account at this time.
Also have not tried it but fireplace glass and wood stove cleaner. I have used Spray Nine brand "fireivew" on my fireplace glass with great results.
