Is upgraded exhaust odd with Etorque starting and stopping the motor?

My 2021 1500 5.7 with etorque is needing a little grunt. I have been watching videos on different configurations, but none of them discuss if it gets annoying at the drive through when you pay for your food and the motor turns off and then the growl is there when it fires back up.

Does it get old/irritating?

No, not at all. Scared the lady standing next to it at Chick-fil-A.

I haven't owned the truck through a winter yet (the start stop basically never functions in the TX summer), but if the drive through thing is an issue...it's easy to turn off.

Also, it's not like it's a cold start when the engine restarts. Yea, you can hear it kick back on, but it's not annoying IMO.

Depends how sensitive you are. I find it very annoying.

But I keep the a s s system turned off on all my vehicles.

At least with the RAM, the Stop/Start system doesn't use the starter motor to restart the engine.
I enjoy these totally silent restarts: absolute silence, then suddenly you hear the rumble of the exhaust when you ease off the brakes and the engine comes back to life.
